auclion world. A reputed jewelry specialisl responsible for
Christie's global jewelry auctious and a memher of the
International group managenment Team, he was appointed
President of Christie's in Asia in January 2010, based in
HongKong. Often described in the press as one of the greatest
auctionners of our time, he received France's most prestigious
distinction in 2009 when we was promoted Officer of the
Legion of Honor. Marion Fasel is a jewelry historian and
editor. She has co-authored five books with Penny Proddow
including Bejeweled: Great Designers, Celebrity Style and
Hollywood Jewels: Movies, Jewelry, Stars. She has been the
contributing editor of fine jewelry and watches at InStyle in
the United States since lauching the award-winning coverage
for the magazine in 1996. Photographer Patrick Gries is
renowned for his work in the realms of art, luxury goods and
design. He is co-author of several books including Evolution
and Franck Sorbier, la couture corps et âme, published by
Editions Xavier Barral as well as Andrea Branzi Open
Enclosures, Nature demiurge and Cesar for the fondation
Cartier Paris and Madeleine Vionnet for the Musée des Arts
décoratifs Paris. This project has been created in collaboration
with Xavier Barral. Laurence Mouillefarine, a freelance
journalist specializing in the art market and collecting, is a
contributing editor at Madame Figaro and AD. She is co-
author, with Véronique Ristelhueber, of Raymond Templier,
the first monograph of the jeweler (Norma Editions 2005). In
spring 2009, she was co-curator of the exhibition "Bijoux Art
déco et avant-garde", at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in
Paris. Xiao Hui Wang is a photo artist and writer who lives in
